This policy is prepared for launch setup and can be adjusted once final fulfillment partners and warehouse locations are confirmed.

Shipping

Orders are planned to ship from available fulfillment locations after payment is captured and inventory is confirmed. Estimated delivery windows and available shipping methods will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an address issue, we will help review the next available option.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, opened or used sleep lip strips cannot be returned. Unopened items may be eligible for review within 30 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review a replacement or refund option.
